Hunter has worked with Pods for a long while now, and I’ve worked with him directly on a few projects he needed help with. I feel he’s got enough knowledge to cut it as an Official Support team member in our Contributing Team. He’s agreed to take on the position and offer up QnA support as well as Chat support whenever he can throughout the week. I’ve incentivised it for him through an agreement and he’ll be putting between 5-15 hours a week.
I look forward to seeing our QnA a bit more speedily replied to than us Core Devs can handle alongside our core dev responsibilities. He’ll let us know if he needs help on an answer of course, and we can still put time into Support whenever we have time too.
