The package here: http://podscms.org/packages/tinymce-for-pods/ works great for using the input helpers, but when I try to add a link with TinyMCE from my POD by clicking the chain icon, nothing happens. I think it’s a problem with the ZIP included with the helper. Any ideas?
We’re actually in the process of testing a new version of TinyMCE which comes with an API that will be included in WP 3.3 – we’re going to be putting this new code into Pods 1.9.6 AND 2.0 so if you can sit tight, there shouldn’t be too long of a wait (this month).
As for the zip, try this URL (I’ll fix the other link as soon as I get a chance):
Thanks for the update! That ZIP doesn’t seem to change anything. Nothing still happens when I click the chain icon. FYI: I’m using it within a PODs UI plugin.
The current package (as is) is broken in WP 3.1 as WP updated the core TinyMCE implementation for the link button. Going forward, we’ll be using the new API being built and will include TinyMCE in Pods core.
Not ideal but you can install TinyMCE Advanced and then enable the default TinyMCE Advanced Link option which overrides WordPress 3.1′s link window and this will allow you to then link again with your Pods.
