The tutorial section of Pods.io relies on contributions from our user community and we would love to include your content. You can publish a tutorial on your own site and we will create short post link to it, or you can publish it on Pods.io.
Note: These instructions presume that you are a member of the Pods Doc Team and have been given the user role of “DocTeam” in recognition of your contribution. If you’d like to join the Pods Doc Team, you can read about how here. If you’d like to submit a link post, without joining the Pods Doc Team, please send an email with the link to Josh@Pods.io.

Submitting A Tutorial For Pods.io
Create your post in the tutorials custom post type. If you want to create a multi-part series create one post with an introduction to the series and then create separate post for each one. Tutorials is a hierarchical post type, like pages. Parts of the series should be children of the introductory post. For post series, start the titles of the posts with the word “part” and the part number, ie “Part 2:”. You will also need to set the “Custom Menu Title” field with thew same title, without the word “Part.” For example, if the title of your post was “Part 3: Add Custom Fields” the custom menu title would be “3: Add Custom Fields”.
Our theme will automatically add a list of posts in the series at the bottom of the introductory post. It will also add the appropriate next/ previous links.
