We are very happy (and excited!) to announce our 2nd Gold Partner in our Friends of Pods sponsorship program: Gravity Forms. They are going to offer our Friends of Pods members an awesome reward, to be announced in the coming weeks alongside some cool news from them about what they’ve been working on so far this year! Shhh, can’t say much more šŸ™‚

Pods Gravity Forms add-onĀ has officially been releasedĀ on WordPress.org!

This add-on has been years in the making, in fact some of us have been using Gravity Forms since it came out, so parts of the Add-on code have been around or inspired from the work ScottĀ worked on in 2010. We first went into beta with the plugin in 2013 but it didn’t have an Admin interface yet to manage the integration. After lots of testing and help from our patientĀ testers, we’re finally ready to release this thing out of beta.

You can set up a Pods ‘feed’ for your form, which allow your form submissions to route over to any type of Pod. Just map your Gravity Form fields to their corresponding Pod fields and you’re all set. There’s even a feature that lets you auto-populate your multiple choice fields in your form with values from the corresponding Pod relationship field too!

Check it out and let us know if you see anything we can improve. With Gravity Forms stepping up to officially sponsor Pods, we now have the ability toĀ spend time adding some more integration deep inside of Gravity Forms to do even more together.

You can find the new Pods Gravity Forms plugin on WordPress.org or GitHub.
